Excellent service from contact to finish! Garage door was backed into from the inside - yes, it happens - and was off track, bent, etc. Justin... arrived within an hour or so, explained he could get it back on track and see if it could be adjusted and go from there. The door is functioning great now, quieter and smoother than before, and while we will consider replacing our doors in the spring, we didn't have to rush into making that decision today. He completely transformed it both springs were replaced with properly sized, heavy-duty ones, the bearings and wheels were upgraded, everything was lubricated, aligned, and cleaned, and even the sensors and opener were checked. The door now moves smoothly, seals fully, and feels solid and safe. It looks so much cleaner and efficient.What impressed me most was the attention to detail and professionalism. I was never pressured to use his services once he showed me estimates. He explained what needed fixing, and used high-quality, in-house components with a lifetime warranty on both labor and materials.
