I called On Track, a reassuring friendly voice answered the phone. I explained my situation. She took my information and said the work order was... getting started. I received a text that said a technician was on his way within 30 minutes. Justin was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He then evaluated the rest of my door. A couple of other issues needed to be addressed other than just the spring. He had the spring replaced and completed the work in less than an hour.
