Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, perform service, and repair garage doors, operators, and related equipment.
- Installing and replacing garage door sections.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and cutting-edge software to track job progress, capture site information, and complete repairs and installations.
- Precision, quality, and customer satisfaction are priorities on every service call.
- Utilize fabrication skills to address unique repair requirements.
- Run wiring for garage door openers and accessories.
- Lubricate all moving parts of the garage door.
- Conduct functionality checks on all installed equipment.
- Perform thorough multi-point inspections, present clients with available repair or replacement options, and document all work performed.
- Review completed work with clients, ensuring they had a 5-star experience, and collecting payments.
